Poetry and motion

Its stormy out side and the wind seems charged with energy. I have just set up a research blob. I am finding that i need my gathered information at hand more and more. As i have packed up so many items over the last months I clutch on my past journals afraid to loose them in the move. So a blog seems perfect.

Whilst i was looking through one of my journals i came across this old poem/descriptive writing that just seem to be appropriate.

She clutches a bouquet of emotions
Close to her heart,
The weight ways heavy on her soul.
The tears run down her cheek
As a small glimmer of hope from within,
Tells her that change is possible and emotions can be controlled.
The first step is hard but with time and hindsight the path will become easier.
